Now to the house, the main level of the house includes the Kitchen and Great Room with large rock gas fireplace, wide screen satellite TV and not one but two Master Suites. The first Master  has a King Bed & bath and opens out onto a deck with a beautiful mountain view. The second Master has a Queen Bed & bath and also opens out to the view deck. All furnishings are upscale and comfortable.  The lower level has another large Great Room with satellite TV and two more bedrooms and baths. You will find one bedroom with a day bed that converts to a king or can be used as two twins and the other has a really neat bunk bed that has a double and two twins. Another large deck opens from each of the lower bedrooms as well as the Great Room. The laundry room is conveniently located on the lower level.

You are only a few miles away from downtown Clayton Georgia. Rabun County offers art galleries, Foxfire Museum and Heritage Center, Lake Burton, Lake Rabun, Lake Seed, Rivers, and Waterfalls, Whitewater Rafting, Tallulah Falls and Gorge, Fishing and Fly Fishing, Rabun Beach, Boating, Water Skiing, Snow Tubing, Wineries, Antiques, Pottery, Hiking, and you are close by an access to the  Appalachian Trail.
